Yoga for Bone Health 6 Class Pass
Mat Class: Tuesday and Thursday at 10:00 a.m. CT or Chair Class Thursday 1:30 p.m. CT.
Mat class: A mat, a block and an 8' yoga strap will come in handy. If you don't have a strap, a belt or a tie from a robe or a couple of scarves tied together will work. Chair class: you don't need the mat, but the strap will come in handy. You will be e-mailed a link to the Zoom class. If you have filled out a registration form and waiver for a previous class, it is not necessary to download and fill them out again. Class passes are transferable and may be used at any time but are not refundable.
