What are my specialties?

WHOLE-FOOD PLANT-BASED
I specialize in considering individual health conditions and taking the best from many different theories to determine what will deliciously bring vibrant health to the individual. Some of the modalities I have studied include raw, vegan, Ayurvedic, macrobiotic, low-fat high-carb, high-fat low-carb, low-glycemic and my favorite WHOLE-FOOD PLANT-BASED NO-OIL.

YOGA FOR BONE HEALTH
I teach gentle yoga classes that are safe for bones and joints and
stimulate bone formation. 

YOGA FOR OVERCOMING ANXIETY OR STRESS
I lead overcoming-anxiety workshops for groups or individuals.  Learn techniques for taking back control and managing stress.



  
A lifetime musician and performing arts enthusiast, I have been preparing gourmet plant-based food since 1999. My body became my new, finely tuned instrument after experiencing the energy and great health that followed the elimination of gluten, dairy and refined sugar from my diet and adding lots of greens. My passionate performances now are focused on creating raw and vegan fusion food experiences as treats of harmonic sensations, developing flavors like a symphony.  From delicate to dynamic, my food is music to the palate.  Specializing in tantalizing whole-food plant-based versions of old favorites and new, I love to help people with the food part of their transition to a healthy lifestyle that also includes exercise, sun and sleep.   In addition to food, I have been concentrating on yoga as a part of my healthy lifestyle and a way to counteract degenerative changes that occur with age.  I love helping people to embark on a gentle yoga journey that will keep their bones strong and will enable them to be active as they age.  It is easier to prevent degenerative changes than to reverse them, but it is possible to reverse them without drugs.  You are never too young or too old to take control of your health.
