Chair Yoga for Bone Health
Experience community and strengthen your muscles and bones without lowering down to the floor. This class is on Thursday afternoons at 1:30 p.m. Central Time. All you need is a chair with no arms and an 8' yoga strap. If you don't have a strap, a belt or a tie from a robe or a couple of scarves tied together will work. After you fill out and return your registration form and waiver, you will be e-mailed a link to the Zoom class. If you have filled out a registration form and waiver for a previous class, it is not necessary to download and fill them out again. Single class passes are transferable and may be used at any time but are not refundable.
