Yoga for Bone Health - Year Long Pass
Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 10:00 a.m. Central Time or 7:00 p.m. Central Time. This pass is good for all classes during the year. A yoga mat, block, and an 8' strap will be useful. If you don't have a strap, a belt or tie from a robe or a couple of scarves tied together will usually work. You will be e-mailed a link to the Zoom class. If you have filled out a registration form and waiver for a previous class, it is not necessary to download and fill them out again. Class passes are transferable but are not refundable.
