Yoga for Bone Health - Single Class
Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 10:00 a.m. Central Time or 7:00 p.m. Central Time
A mat, a block and an 8' yoga strap will come in handy. If you don't have a strap, a belt or a tie from a robe or a couple of scarves tied together will work. You will be e-mailed a link to the Zoom class. If you have filled out a registration form and waiver for a previous class, it is not necessary to download and fill them out again. Single class passes are transferable and may be used at any time but are not refundable.
