Yoga for bone health customized to your needs. Unless you live in Austin, TX, you will need a computer or a laptop with Zoom installed.Please schedule with me through the contact page before purchasing.
A mat, a block and an 8' yoga strap will come in handy. If you don't have a strap, a belt or a tie from a robe or a couple of scarves tied together will work. You will be e-mailed a link to the Zoom class. If you have filled out a registration form and waiver for a previous class, it is not necessary to download and fill them out again. Passes are transferable and may be used at any time but are not refundable.
